LATAM Airlines is launching a new route between the United States and South America. In December, the South American airline group will roll out daily, year-round flights between Buenos Aires (EZE) and Miami International Airport (MIA).?
The nearly nine-hour flight clocks in at 4,405 miles and will be operated by Boeing Dreamliner 787 planes. The airline recently announced that it would be adding new business class suites on its Dreamliner planes,?but it wasn¡¯t immediately clear if that product would be available on the MIA to EZE route.
Starting December 1, 2025, the southbound flight will depart Miami each day at 10:15 p.m. and arrive in Buenos Aires at 8:55 a.m. the next morning. On the northbound leg, flights will depart Buenos Aires daily at 10:55 a.m., landing in Miami at 5:50 p.m.
More airlines are ramping up service to Buenos Aires, with Delta Air Lines¡ªwhich has a joint venture partnership with LATAM¡ªlaunching additional flights to Buenos Aires from Atlanta this fall. A subsidiary of LATAM operated a Miami-Buenos Aires route until 2020, so it seems that the carrier has resumed the flight in order to meet growing travel demand between the two cities.?
