Norwegian Cruise Line’s new ship Norwegian Aqua has successfully completed her first sailing from New York City to Bermuda.
From now through October, Norwegian Aqua will offer round-trip 5- and 7-day voyages to Bermuda from her seasonal homeport in Manhattan.?
“We’re thrilled to have had Norwegian Aqua kick off her voyages from New York City this past week," says Harry Sommer, president and chief executive officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. "New York is an incredibly important market for us, so we’re excited to showcase our newest ship from here. We look forward to our guests enjoying all the onboard experiences Norwegian Aqua has to offer with their loved ones before relaxing on the pink sandy beaches and dipping into the clear blue waters of Bermuda.”
On sea days, guests can take advantage of the ship’s many amenities and spaces, including? the Aqua Slidecoaster, the Glow Court and the Aqua Game Zone, just to name a few. Norwegian Aqua also has an expanded pool deck and Vibe Beach Club, the adults-only outdoor sundeck featuring loungers, cabanas, hot tubs and a private bar.?
Later this year, Norwegian Aqua will reposition to Miami to offer 4-, 5- and 7-day Bahamas and Caribbean cruises from October through April 2026. These cruises will visit Great Stirrup Cay, the company’s private island in the Bahamas, which is slated to undergo an array of enhancements in the coming months.?
Norwegian Aqua will then return to New York City for an extended season of Bermuda sailings from April 2026 to October 2026.
