      Where the Party Never Ends

      1/20
Spring break isn't just for college students. You can never be too old to have a good time and for those whose idea of the ultimate spring getaway is reveling in their precious time off while making lasting memories well into the night, these party cities won't disappoint.

      New Orleans, Louisiana

      2/20
The Big Easy doesn't pack up the party after Mardi Gras. New Orleans' raucous Bourbon Street is buzzing year-round and the city's nightlife can be described as none other than world-famous. What's more, New Orleans' events calendar is absolutely stuffed this spring and includes marquee experiences like the decades-old Jazz Fest (April 26-May 5).

      Miami, Florida

      3/20
What more could you want from a spring break destination? Miami has warm temperatures, plenty of sunshine and nightlife offerings that'll take you well into the next morning. Miami Beach can get pricey but you can stretch your dollars by spending your days lounging on the beach.

      Los Angeles, California

      4/20
The idea of spending your spring break in Los Angeles can be overwhelming given the almost ridiculous amount of options you have when it comes to beaches and nightlife. Talented DJs are practically all over as are gorgeous rooftop views you can enhance with a cocktail. When it comes to dance clubs, historic Avalon Hollywood on Vine Street should be atop everyone's list.

      New York, New York

      5/20
Home to well over 8.5 million people, New York City is America's largest city by population and it's not even close. The City That Never Sleeps has plenty to offer jacked partiers, including upwards of 10,000 bars, many of which supply music, comedy and other entertainment to ensure a memorable night or nights out in the Big Apple.

      Las Vegas, Nevada

      6/20
Las Vegas is a no-brainer when it comes to the country's most party-friendly spring break destinations. It's called the Entertainment Capital of the World after all. Like NYC, Vegas never truly sleeps and there's always something to celebrate, including the start of pool season come springtime.

      Panama City Beach, Florida

      7/20
All you need to know is that the MTV reality TV series "Floribama Shore" takes place in Panama City Beach. Plus, it's home to Club La Vela, which bills itself as the world's largest nightclub. Oh yeah, and the region is home to 27 miles of sun-kissed, white-sand beaches. Spring break travelers will also have a ton of exciting events and festivals to look forward to this year, including the Emerald Coast Boat and Lifestyle Show (March 15-17), UNwineD (March 22-23), the Seabreeze Jazz Festival (April 24-28) and the Thunder Beach Spring Motorcycle Rally (May 1-5), among many others.

      Nashville, Tennessee

      8/20
Students at Vanderbilt, Belmont, Tennessee State and Lipscomb universities don't have to travel very far to make the most of their spring break. Nashville's tourist-friendly Broadway certainly can't be beaten in terms of atmosphere. Nonetheless, spring breakers will want to wander from the Honky Tonk Highway to discover excitement off of the beaten path, which includes burgeoning neighborhoods like The Gulch and 12 South.

      Austin, Texas

      9/20
Look no further than Austin's "Dirty" 6th Street entertainment district for spring break debauchery. You'll quickly understand why this Texas city has been deemed the Live Music Capital of the World. There's no shortage of music-filled bars to choose from and getting from one to another is easy. Just remember to bring cash or close out your tab so you can experience more places before settling on your preferred vibe.

      Lake Havasu City, Arizona

      10/20
Undoubtedly the biggest spring break party zone out West, Lake Havasu City checks everything on the list. Visitors will find affordable accommodations and an impressive array of nightlife offerings as well as boat rentals for those who want to take the party on the lake. It's undeniably the best spring break destination in the state.

      South Padre Island, Texas

      11/20
Similar to Panama City Beach, younger travelers will be drawn to South Padre Island as it's easily one of the more popular spring break destinations in the nation among college-aged people. The pool and beach parties here seem to go on forever as the music (supplied by well-known acts like Steve Aoki, among others) never stops. If you're looking to turn up (you know, as the kids say), this is the place.

      Gulf Shores, Alabama

      12/20
Located a little more than three hours west of Panama City Beach, Alabama's Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area is another beloved spring break hangout. This family-friendly destination has it all, including lively bars where adult visitors can get lost with the locals. The live music scene is also underrated as spring breakers are likely to come across more than one talented country singer-songwriter before they check out.

      Key West, Florida

      13/20
Spring break in Key West is not only abuzz but largely free of college kids thanks to its relative isolation. Visitors will instead be met with affordable rates, warming temperatures and the undying energy of Duval Street. April is also a busy month for festivals in Key West so be sure to plan accordingly.

      Chicago, Illinois

      14/20
The Windy City's nightlife ranks among the best in the country year-round so springtime travelers to Chicago can rest assured that their break from routine is in excellent hands. Dance the night away at Smart Bar in Wrigleyville or keep the fun going with an after-party at East Room in Logan Square.

      Memphis, Tennessee

      15/20
Similar to Nashville and Austin, Memphis is a Mecca of music and thus one of the most fun American cities to spend spring break. Beale Street rivals that of any other place in the country when it comes to nightlife offerings. Plus, you can stroll from bar to bar with a drink in your hand to find whatever party scene best suits your mood.

      Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

      16/20
Yet another popular spring stop for partiers who prefer to spend their time off at the shore, Myrtle Beach is a destination that caters to families and college students alike. Head to the Broadway at the Beach entertainment complex to discover a versatile nightlife scene, which includes popular stops like Crocodile Rocks, Senor Frog's and Oz.

      Galveston, Texas

      17/20
For a party-filled, island-style spring break in the Lone Star State outside of South Padre Island, consider Galveston, which features nightlife that's certain to pleasantly surprise first-time visitors. You'll want to check out exciting venues like Float Pool & Patio Bar where guests can look out over the Texas Gulf Coast while they sip cocktails from the relaxing pool.

      San Juan, Puerto Rico

      18/20
Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory so you don't need a passport to take a spring break vacation in the Caribbean. Plus, the spring months are the best time of year to visit the island as airfare and hotel rates drop following the busy winter season. The capital of San Juan is home to world-class beaches like Playa Pena in addition to awesome nightlife as there's no shortage of bars and clubs you'll be telling your friends about.

      Daytona Beach, Florida

      19/20
Daytona Beach's reputation as a spring break party destination can't be denied. Miles of expansive white-sand beaches and a bumping nightclub scene await visitors to Florida's northern Atlantic Coast. If you're looking for high energy, head to Razzle's Nightclub. Daytona Beach's Spring Break Headquarters offers pulse-pounding music, nightly drink specials and a party vibe that's second to none.

      Breckenridge, Colorado

      20/20
You won't find any sun-kissed beaches in Breckenridge but you will find world-class skiing. If you're looking to shake things up this spring, head to this quintessential Colorado town to experience superb slopes, unrivaled scenery and an overlooked nightlife scene that includes venues like The Historic Brown & Fox's Den for awesome live music and Downstairs at Eric's, which dubs itself "Breckenridge's Finest Family Sports Bar and Arcade."
