North Carolina
34/51There's nowhere else in the Tar Heel State you'd rather be in April than under the blooms at the North Carolina Azalea Festival (April 2-6) in Wilmington, and once again, the city will come alive with concerts (Justin Moore and Flo Rida among others), garden tours, street fairs, parades, great food and much more. That same weekend, the Dreamville Festival will take place in Raleigh (April 6-7), featuring sets from Lil Wayne, 21 Savage, Ludacris, J. Cole and more. For some swashbuckling fun, head to Greeneville on April 5 for Piratefest and then end your month in the cool coastal town of Beaufort at the 19th annual Beaufort Wine & Food Festival (April 25-27), which will raise a glass to the traditional gastronomy of the region.
