Disney¡¯s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World in Florida will open a new animation-themed attraction next year, called ¡°The Magic of Disney Animation.¡±?
The new attraction will be located in the building that is currently home to Star Wars: Launch Bay.
The Magic of Disney Animation will be inspired by the Walt Disney Animation Studios in California, with a magical twist. There¡¯ll be a Production Gallery, where portraits come to life, a Screening Theater where families can watch a short film, drawing lessons, character meet-and-greets, and more.

¡°Our film came from the heart and from a desire of all the Disney Animation artists wanting to celebrate our artistic accomplishments and a passion for the studio¡¯s legacy,¡± said ¡°Once Upon a Studio¡± director, Trent Correy.
At ¡°Drawn to Wonderland,¡± families will enjoy an indoor playground inspired by ¡°Alice in Wonderland,¡± with an oversized flower garden, a Mad Tea Party playset, Tulgey Wood exploration area and more.?
The Animation Courtyard will be redesigned as an outdoor space for gathering and relaxing, called ¡°The Walt Disney Studios.¡±?
The exteriors of several existing buildings nearby will also be redesigned to look more like the studios. Animation Courtyard, Star Wars: Launch Bay and Disney Jr. Play and Dance! will all close beginning September 25, 2025 for renovation.?
