      Fly Aboard the Halcyon Starcruiser

      1/31
This isn't just a hotel - it's a theme park all its own. The Halcyon starcruiser - operated by Chandrila Star Line (CSL) - is an immersive experience that gets you as involved in the story as you want to be throughout your two-night journey. Each guest has their own datapad and itinerary depending on what they choose to participate in and where their alliances lie. The more missions you complete, the more access you'll be granted - including some "Restricted Areas." Disney World packs a ton into the unique experience that is the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.

      Safety Briefing

      2/31
After checking in, guests are led to a (brief) safety briefing. This video helps guests to understand which emergencies are just part of the immersive experience, and what an actual emergency aboard the ship would look like.

Transport to the Halcyon Via the Launch Pod Dock

      3/31
Hop on the themed transport vehicle that lifts you up to the starcruiser to start your journey.

      Step into the Atrium

      4/31
The Atrium serves as the first true welcoming center while aboard the Halcyon. It's here that you'll report for mandatory muster, have a chance to participate in daily activities like mini droid racing, see the story of your adventure in space unfold and more.

      Immerse Yourself in the Experience

      5/31
Upon entering the Halcyon, you have truly entered another world. The theming is continuous throughout the ship and the meticulous attention to detail is unmatched.

Guests are Encouraged to Dress the Part

      6/31
While aboard the Halcyon dressing the part is encouraged, however, there are a few guidelines set here. Whether you choose to make your own costume or buy an ensemble directly from Disney, becoming a character for your journey makes it that much more fun.

Pick Up those Last Few Details From The Chandrila Collection

      7/31
Feeling a little out-of-place in your street clothes? Not to fear - The Chandrila Collection features all the latest styles to help you fit in. Or grab a souvenir to remember your time onboard the Halcyon. This is unlike other Walt Disney Resort stores - you won't find any Mickey, Minnie or 50th-anniversary gear here - it's all tailored to complement the storyline.

      Attend Datapad Orientation

      8/31
Currently, Walt Disney World is issuing each guest a datapad (iPhone) for use during their journey. This method is expected to be used until it is switched to the Disney Play app. This datapad contains your itinerary, a map of the ship, any communications you have with characters onboard, tools you may have acquired and more.

      Take Control of the Bridge

      9/31
Guests will be given a time where they can experience the four different command posts of the Bridge - the operation center of the starcruiser. Here you'll be given simulated training including - artillery practice, shield training, cargo retrieval and systems maintenance. As you rotate through the practice round, you're competing against other teams for the highest score. Until a mission comes through where it's no longer just training, and you'll need to work together to fly the ship off course and back again.

      Relax in the Sublight Lounge

      10/31
Enjoy out-of-this-world concoctions while listening to other planetary musical favorites. Or learn how to play Sabaac - a card game that is sweeping the galaxy.

      Become One With the Force

      11/31
Master the use of the fabled lightsaber at the Lightsaber Training Pod. Here you'll have a chance to combat against beams with a lightsaber or help fend off stray missiles with protective shields.

Become Acclimated in the Climate Simulator

      12/31
While onboard the Halcyon, you may find yourself wanting some 'fresh' air just to get accustomed to what to expect before arriving on the planet Batuu. In the Climate Simulator, you'll be surrounded by a garden of fresh plants, benches to relax on and an open roof which should help you to gauge the weather before embarking to Batuu.

Get Your Fill at the Crown of Corellia Dining Room

      13/31
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room. Breakfast and lunch are buffet-style with seat-yourself service, while dinner is a little bit more formal with waited seating and a spread of three or four courses.

      A Truly Unique Dining Experience

      14/31
For breakfast, you can choose from delicacies such as Chandralian Waffles with maple syrup, whipped eggs with a Batuu-spiced white-sauce, whole-grain green pearberry toast, kale porridge with sausage gravy and egg 'worms', crispy tuber waffles with a cheddar egg bite apple fruit bacon in a herbed butter egg sauce, pastries or fruit. And don't forget to grab a glass of blue or green milk. Cocktails can also be purchased at any dining service for an additional price.

Feast on a Delicious Lunch Onboard the Halycon

      15/31
The journey includes a stop at the planet Batuu (Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Hollywood Studios). While it has its own delicious outposts - Ronto Roasters and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo - the lunch buffet is not to be missed while journeying on the Halcyon. Make your way back on board to enjoy creations such as the Bantha Beef Flatbread with a vinegar herb sauce and coti-cheese, Redfruit Burrata with balsamic pearls and red fruit jelly, Marinated Seared Tofu with saffron rice, Kaduu Ribs in a sweet-and-sticky glaze, Tamarind-Glazed Burra Fish alongside braised kale and more.

Out of This World Culinary Creations

      16/31
The dinner service somehow outmatches them all though. In addition to the three courses including spiral dumplings, Chandrilla's Chef's Selections and dessert - guests are also entertained by the one-and-only Gaya.

For the second night, the food is truly the focus as you dine across the galaxy with a four-course array of inter-planetary delights.

Be Serenaded with Dinner and a Show from the Galaxy's Top Pop Star - Gaya

      17/31
The first night's dinner meal comes with a fabulous performance by the most popular singer in all the galaxy, Gaya. Some guests may be the ones to pick her up during their bridge training course. Gaya delivers new original music sure to gain popularity among the top Disney songs.

      Relax in Your Cabin

      18/31
While there is so much to do onboard the Halcyon, it's nice to have a place to retreat with modern-day comforts - a spacious closet, modern shower and bathroom area and ample sleeping quarters. The standard stateroom includes one queen-sized bed, a pull-down bed and a built-in bunk bed (also known as two sleeping berths).

Enjoy the Scenic Views of Space

      19/31
Each cabin is equipped with its own port window giving you vistas of the galaxy. This ever-changing scenery is in accordance with your journey or storylines that may be going on for other parts of the ship. For instance, don't be surprised if all of a sudden you see the ship fly through hyperspace and into an asteroid field.

Talk with a Droid from the Comfort of Your Cabin

      20/31
Occasionally you'll see a blinking light on the control panel in your cabin indicating that the droid concierge has a message for you. This audio-only transmission happens only 2-3 times a day and brings you additional information regarding any missions you may be a part of throughout your journey.

Receive Classified Information Via the Ship Console

      21/31
Through your datapad - the main communications software for you to talk to different characters - you'll receive messages and instructions for missions. It's here you'll be able to choose your alliance - whether it be First Order, Resistance or Scoundrel - and help different members of the crew on requests they may have. Each floor is equipped with at least one Ship Console, where passengers will need to tap in with their Magic Band to receive classified or restricted clearance.

Interact with Characters and Chose Your Journey

      22/31
Throughout your cruise, you'll notice characters from all over the galaxy. Each journey is truly unique as it all hinges on passenger interaction and the choices you make. As you complete missions you'll receive badges on your datapad and gain credentials to some of the restricted areas.

Gain Access to the Engine Room

      23/31
One restricted area is the Engine Room. Once receiving clearance you'll need to find a way to 'sneak' in without a crew member seeing you. Once inside it's your job to help the sole crew member get the ship back to working order by completing a series of tasks.

      Sneak into the Cargo Hold

      24/31
Another off-limits area is the Cargo Hold. Hidden near the dining room, the cargo hold has multiple cases with a special code for you to scan. Which cargo scan you need is dependent on your assignment through your datapad.

      Make Your Way to Batuu

      25/31
Transport vehicles begin taking passengers to Batuu at 8:40 am and the last return shuttle departs at 4:00 pm. Although the transport vehicle is on the smaller side, it is expertly outfitted to keep you immersed in the storyline. Also the line - paired with the smaller number of resort guests - moves fairly quickly.

Enjoy Lightning Lane Privileges on Rise of the Resistance and Smuggler's Run

      26/31
Each passenger is granted access to the Lightning Lane for Rise of the Resistance and Smuggler's Run. No Genie+ is needed. Instead, a special pin is given to each guest as they disembark to show that they are a passenger onboard the Halcyon. They then just need to enter the Lightning Lane entrance and tap their MagicBand in the queue's entrance area.

Dine on Batuu¡If You Want To

      27/31
Although you don't want to miss lunch on the Halcyon, each guest is also given a credit for a meal at Ronto Roasters or Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. This is great for those who wish to spend their entire allotted time on Batuu. The final ship pod back to the starcruiser is at 4 p.m. ET.

Take Time to Enjoy Curated Activities While Onboard the Starcruiser

      28/31
Although you can spend quite a bit of time on Batuu (and surrounding areas), it really is better to use your time to experience the special events that are scheduled on the Halcyon. Kids of all ages can enjoy mini droid racing, learn how to play Sabacc and compete in a starcruiser-wide tournament, get to know your co-pilot, or become Gaya's ultimate fan. Depending on the side quests you complete will also give you access to additional events.

      Complete Missions Around Batuu

      29/31
Many of the missions have counterpart activities that take place on the planet Batuu. So while you enjoy walking around the Black Spire Outpost, riding Rise of the Resistance and more, you'll also want to be on the lookout for special instructions and hidden scanners to help complete your task.

Refuel with Complimentary Snacks Between Meals

      30/31
Complimentary snacks of popcorn, crispy rice treats, cookies and more are laid out on one side of the Atrium should you find yourself a little hungry between meals. If there's a particular treat you enjoy, but the snacks are not currently out, guests are encouraged to ask for it from one of the Cast Members. Coffee, cappuccinos, espresso and lattes are also complimentary upon request.

      One Last Hurrah

      31/31
Join in one final celebration after dinner on the second night of your voyage. The Halcyon Starcruiser Celebration takes place in the Atrium and wraps up the storyline of your journey with one final appearance of special characters and a unique firework show.
