Just two hours away from the Walt Disney World Resort is a sleepy beach town and Disney's Vero Beach Resort. The resort is a traditional Florida beach resort with all of the elements of a Disney vacation you might want, including a spa, kids programs, a pool, movies under the stars and campfire activities. It's typically very busy during the summer travel months but is slower when school is in session, similar to the theme parks.
