Waldorf
Astoria, one of New York City¡¯s iconic and world-renowned historic hotels is
defining the next era of modern luxury with its reimagined, impressive restoration.
Conrad Hilton once described the New York Waldorf Astoria
landmark property as ¡°The Greatest of Them All,¡± and the renovation has once
again recaptured the luxury hotel¡¯s 1931 splendor with the handiwork of artists
and skilled craftspeople.
¡°In many ways, Waldorf Astoria New York is the most
important hotel in the world. It is the original luxury
property and the place where luxury service was perfected. It not only
holds a special place in Hilton¡¯s history, but also in modern history,¡± said
Chris Nassetta, president and CEO, Hilton in a statement.
He added, ¡°Today, we build on this legacy as we mark the
start of a new chapter for this iconic property. We look forward to once again
welcoming guests to experience its timeless charm and modern enhancements, as
this hotel and Waldorf Astoria properties around the world set the standard for
luxury stays.¡±
The reimagined property recaptures the grandeur of the
hotel¡¯s original Art Deco architecture and rich history, while seamlessly
integrating contemporary furnishings, cutting-edge technology and high-end
finishes for the next generation of travelers.
Accommodations
Following the hotel¡¯s transformation from a 1,400-room hotel
to 375 hotel guest rooms and 272 residences, Waldorf Astoria New York now offers
some of the largest guest rooms and suites in Manhattan.
The hotel features more than 11 different guest room

exclusivity.
Marble-finished spa-like bathrooms feature walk-in showers,
separate toilets and dressing areas, with a direct path from the dressing area
to the guest room door, making it easy to unpack luggage. ?
The 372 condominium residences range from gracious studios
to opulent four bedrooms and penthouses, several that include private terraces.
