Hilton announced the signing of a new luxury resort and branded residences in Turks and Caicos, expected to open in 2028: the Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay.?
The resort will be located on Dellis Cay, offering villa-style accommodations and over three miles of beachfront. Guests will arrive via a 25-minute boat transfer from Providenciales.?
The resort features 62 hotel rooms and suites, including beachfront bungalows, and 65 residential units comprising villas and condominiums. Condominiums will offer two-bedroom configurations, while villas offer up to six bedrooms.

Guests of the resort will enjoy the 13,455-square-foot spa, a serene library, adult and family pools, event spaces for weddings and business meetings and much more, including at least four different dining options.?
The Waldorf Astoria portfolio offers over 45 hotels and resorts across the world. Hilton is planning on expanding that by adding 35 new properties. It will celebrate the opening of the Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique in April 2025 and the opening of the Waldorf Astoria San Miguel de Allende in 2027.?
