Jamaica’s Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa has elevated its offerings with the introduction of The Signature Level (TSL) program, which offers a generous number of premium features and amenities that raise the bar on the guest experience.
The Signature Level accommodations at the 517-room Palladium Hotel Group property, which is part of a complex that includes the 537-room Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa, are available for stays in 156 TSL Bungalow, TSL Junior Suites and TSL Suites.
Just some of the perks TSL guests receive are a private lounge for checking in and out; access to the Coral Pool with wait service and a pool concierge; use of the Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness wet area and hydrotherapy circuit, along with a 25 percent discount on spa services; and 25 percent discounts on babysitting services.

In all, Lady Hamilton, which is located in Lucea 18 miles from the Montego Bay airport, has 11 suite categories, ranging from 570-square-foot Junior Ocean and Garden Suites to 895-square-foot Bungalow accommodations.
Guests staying in Signature Level accommodations receive L’Occitane bathroom amenities, premium minibars, evening turndown services and one free laundry service each day.
TSL Junior Ocean and Garden Suites are equipped with generously sized living rooms and bedrooms with king-size beds that are convertible to double beds, pullout sofas, televisions in living rooms and bedrooms, coffee makers, large terraces in living rooms and bedrooms, stocked minibars, safes and hydromassage bathtubs in bathrooms.
The Bungalow suites haves two king-size beds, televisions in living rooms and bedrooms, large terraces, private outdoor showers and bathrooms with hydromassage baths for two.
What’s for Dinner?
Suffice it to say your clients will not go hungry at Lady Hamilton – in addition to seven à-la-carte restaurants, the property also boasts four international buffets.
Signature Level guests receive priority reservations at à-la carte restaurants. They include El Dorado, a steak house; La Adelita, which serves Mexican cuisine; Portofino, for Italian food; Sumptuori, a Teppanyaki/ Japanese restaurant; Xaymaica, for Jamaican dishes; and Poseidon, which specializes in Mediterranean seafood.
My favorite à-la-carte restaurant was Bhogali, which serves Indian entrees, including a delectable butter chicken dish. The resort’s chefs are clearly skilled at creating Indian cuisine – thanks in large part to the prodigious number of Indian weddings held at the resort complex.
Also, tell your clients to sample the jerk chicken at the Sunset Cove Jerk Hut and Las Brisas Jerk Hut. They won’t regret it!
Public Areas
In all, there are four pools and children’s clubs for babies, younger kids and teens.
The resort complex also features 15 eclectic bars and lounges. Two of my favorites were Miss Lou, a café serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic coffees, pastries, and sandwiches; and the Infinity Saloon Bar, which features an al fresco terrace with superb views. One of my go-to spots for snacks was the Sports Bar, which offers classic bar food (chicken wings, burgers and more) and drinks along with a popcorn machine, a salad bar and soft-serve ice cream.

Last but certainly not least, I was drawn to the tranquility of Sunset Cove, a beach area overlooking gin-clear waters, which sits below the Sunset Cove Jerk Hut and proffers up gorgeous sunset views.
Spa and Fitness Facilities

Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness offers a range of relaxing spa treatments massages and a beauty salon. Its hydrotherapy area is equipped with a steam bath, hot and cold water hydromassage tubs, dry sauna, Turkish bath, foot bath, swimming pool and relaxation area.
The spa features an excellent lineup of spa treatments and massages, along with a beauty salon.
The fully equipped fitness center provides everything your clients may require for workouts. Guests can also take advantage of daily fitness classes, which include Yoga and Pilates, weight training, core workouts and more.
I participated in a Yoga and Pilates class, and the instructor clearly knew his stuff. It was excellent – and it took place in an idyllic setting, a gazebo used for wedding ceremonies, which overlooks the sea, the resort and verdant gardens.
Excursions
Although guests could stay happily occupied without ever leaving the resort, they can book excursions at the Lady Hamilton and Grand Palladium lobbies, as well as through Kiuki Tours in the downstairs lobby area of Grand Palladium.
I recommend a snorkeling excursion aboard a catamaran and a Martha Brae River rafting trip.

Palladium Hotel Group’s Palladium PRO program enables advisors to earn points for each night booked. It also offers advisors 50 percent discounts on their stays at the company’s resorts, instant online booking confirmation and more. The Palladium PRO e-learning platform provides advisors with points for each completed course.
