HX Expeditions is launching a new fall promotion as it gears up for its 130th anniversary next year.
Guests who book by December 3 can save up to $2,500 on select voyages. During the sale, guests can save up to 25 percent off Gal¨¢pagos cruises, up to 15 percent off Antarctica voyages, up to 35 percent off Arctic Norway and up to 10 percent off trips to Greenland, Svalbard and Alaska.
In addition, guests can enjoy an early booking bonus that includes an additional $500 off for reservations made by September 30.
For travel agencies, HX Expeditions is providing comprehensive marketing support and incentives in honor of the company¡¯s 130th anniversary. All agency partners will receive an information package, including all details and sales pitch documents in a clear format, plus a one-page fact sheet for direct customer consultations.?
¡°Our goal is to work closely with our trade partners to drive booking momentum,¡± says Steve Smotrys, managing director and senior vice president of commercial for HX in the Americas. ¡°With compelling price incentives, practical selling toolkits and strong marketing support, we¡¯re setting the stage for a successful fall.¡±
HX is also launching a new advertising campaign featuring TV spots, print ads, online promotions and social media activities. The goal is to guide potential customers toward travel agencies.?
HX is also planning some special experiences to celebrate its 130th anniversary. Guests can look forward to a limited-edition 130-year anniversary badge commemorating HX¡¯s very first expedition in 1896 between Hammerfest and Svalbard, a specially created anniversary cocktail and a limited-edition Ocean Bottle. Magnus Winvold, an official HX historian and storyteller, will present lectures on selected voyages.?
¡°We¡¯re not just celebrating the anniversary, we¡¯re bringing it to life for every guest who travels with us,¡± says Smotrys.
