      Hong Kong

      1/7
Hong Kong has more than its share of high-end hotels, there's no denying that. Yet that doesn't mean there's no room for travelers who have limited to mid-range budgets. Despite all its luxurious properties, the city also has options for everyone. Whether you're on a tight budget or have the cash to splurge, here are our picks for slumbering in Hong Kong.

      Budget: Espace Elastique

      2/7
Outdoorsy types can find sanctuary from the towers and city lights on Lantau Island, the city's backyard. For a comfortable yet inexpensive sleep, head to the traditional village of Tai O where Escape Elastique welcomes budget travelers with minimalist rooms and a hot breakfast every morning. You'll feel like you're hundreds of miles away from the bustle.

      Budget: Butterfly on Victoria

      3/7
If peace and quiet coupled with affordability and accessibility are what you're looking for, consider Butterfly on Victoria. This pretty little boutique hotel in Causeway Bay is within walking distance from Victoria Park and a subway station. Another nice little extra: a 4G Pocket WiFi device you can take with you while exploring the city.

      Mid-Range: The Fleming

      4/7
There's possibly no boutique hotel in the city that's more Hong Kong than the Fleming. Newly overhauled, this hotel in the busy Wan Chai district echoes Hong Kong's Streamline Moderne era, which lends to its nostalgic look. Yet its brass fixtures, bespoke touches and complimentary healthy breakfast appeal to the hip, young travelers as well.

      Mid-Range: The Pottinger

      5/7
Another smart yet affordable option is the Pottinger. Located in Hong Kong's busy Central district, this 68-room boutique hotel boasts bright, airy rooms that fuse lovely Eastern touches with modern furnishings, neutral colors with splashes of reds and pinks. It's just the ticket if you want to immerse yourself in Hong Kong's East meets West culture.

Luxury: Luxury: The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

      6/7
If its accolades as one of the highest hotels in the world and home to the world's highest bar aren't enough to convince you to splurge at the Ritz-Carlton, then maybe its herculean rooms, luxurious furnishings and stunning panoramas might. If you're looking for a room with a view, this is the hotel for you.

      Luxury: The Upper House

      7/7
Luxury boutique doesn't get better than this. With the Upper House's neutral hues, wide windows, cutting-edge furnishes and non-homogeneous art, it's the embodiment of how boutique hotels should be. So indulge. During your stay, pop in for a proper afternoon tea at the Caf¨¦ Gray Deluxe and rub elbows with fellow guests at the Sky Lounge.
