The Israel Ministry of Tourism has released its new Destination Specialist program made up of five modules that build a framework for tailoring travel in Israel for a variety of clients.?

Topics include selling faith-based travel, multigenerational travel, heritage travel, culinary journeys and outdoor adventures.

The new Israel program offers a unit on crafting itineraries for Christian travelers and travelers with a general interest in the country's religious history. Travel advisors will learn the differences between Catholic and Protestant interests when traveling in Israel and will also discover ancient and biblical history.?

Travel advisors, taking the Israel Destination Specialist program must complete the Introduction Model. After that, they move to the advanced modules. For each advanced module completed, advisors earn a certificate in the subject. Complete all four and the introductory module, and travel advisors will receive the certification as an Israel Destination Specialist.?
