The 2025 renovation schedule includes four major projects. Bar Chac Mool will receive a $200,000 modernization by June 2025, creating a more relaxed poolside social setting. The Amazon-themed lobby bar represents the largest investment at $455,000, scheduled for completion in August 2025, offering an immersive rainforest-inspired experience for elevated cocktails and memorable evenings. The Bikini Snack Bar will undergo a complete $190,000 redesign by October 2025, combining casual beachfront dining with tropical aesthetics. The motor lobby and main lobby renovation will conclude in December 2025, providing guests with a refreshed and more functional entrance experience.?

Plans for 2026 include additional enhancements: a new Oriental restaurant to diversify culinary offerings, an exclusive Ekinox Bar & Terrace featuring panoramic ocean views, and complete upgrades to guest rooms, fitness center and spa facilities.
