Air France has launched an exclusive partnership with renowned chef mixologist Matthias Giroud to create a sophisticated collection of signature cocktails served exclusively in the airline's La Premiere cabin.?

This collaboration represents a significant enhancement to the carrier's premium service offering, showcasing French mixology expertise to discerning global travelers.

The partnership reflects Air France's commitment to elevating the luxury travel experience through authentic French gastronomy. Giroud, known in the industry as "L'Alchimiste" for his creative approach to cocktail creation, drew inspiration from Air France's core values of elegance, pleasure and respect when crafting the collection.

The collection features three distinctive cocktails designed to cater to varied preferences. Belle Epoque offers a bitter and zesty alcoholic experience, reimagining the classic Negroni with orange hydrosol. Parfum de France presents a sweet and fruity low-alcohol option inspired by wine, featuring Chardonnay, Muscat, raspberry liqueur and verbena. L'Eveil provides an alcohol-free alternative with a tangy and spicy profile, combining cranberry juice with mint, lime juice, aromatic herbs and ginger.?

Each cocktail is served in specially designed glassware that enhances the tasting experience, with the collection presented to passengers in an elegantly crafted custom box. The beverages complement La Premiere's existing refined dining program, which features cuisine by triple Michelin-starred chef Arnaud Lallement and pastries by World Pastry Chef Angelo Musa.

Giroud brings extensive international experience to the collaboration, having developed bar concepts across 32 countries and trained multicultural bartender teams worldwide. His philosophy centers on creating experiences for customers rather than personal expression, utilizing a collection of over 150 flavors from his global travels.

The cocktail collection is available this summer on La Premiere flights departing Paris-Charles de Gaulle to ten destinations including Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, San Francisco, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Tokyo-Haneda and Washington-DC. This enhancement reinforces Air France's position as a leader in premium aviation services, combining French culinary excellence with luxury travel.
