The growth strategy reflects the company's confidence in beach destinations and the all-inclusive model, backed by strong operational performance across its existing portfolio.

This operational excellence translated into impressive financial results, with the company reporting a 16% year-over-year increase in revenue per available room (RevPAR) during the first quarter of 2025.

The crown jewel of the expansion is Fiesta Americana Funeeq Punta Cana, scheduled to open in Fall 2025. Looking ahead to 2027, Posadas plans to debut Live Aqua Los Cabos, an exclusive 90-room adults-only resort in San Jos¨¦ del Cabo. The luxury property will feature premium finishes, Sea of Cortez views, private amenities and experiences centered on wellness and signature gastronomy, marking a strategic investment in the region's high-end hospitality market.
The coastal focus represents a deliberate strategy, with 61% of new rooms under development located in beach destinations. This concentration on waterfront properties aligns with growing traveler demand for all-inclusive beach experiences and Posadas' proven expertise in these markets.
The expansion is supported by strong financial fundamentals, including 13% EBITDA growth in the first quarter of 2025 and a solid liquidity position. With more than 200 hotels and over 30,000 rooms across Mexico and the Dominican Republic, Posadas operates brands including Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana and Gamma.
The ambitious growth plan positions Posadas to capitalize on the recovering tourism sector while cementing its leadership in Mexico's hospitality industry and expanding its international footprint throughout the Caribbean region.
