Delta Air Lines’ division for travel agents and corporate customers is reimagining its online platform, with the first new features rolling out by the end of 2025.
The new digital experience will be called Delta Business and will completely replace the airline’s current product, Delta Professional. The reimagined platform will offer “smarter, more intuitive tools built around the needs of business customers,” according to the airline.
The total redesign of the site is meant to simplify travel management.
“This is more than a product launch — it’s a milestone in how we’re shaping the future of business travel together,” said Bob Somers, Delta’s senior vice president, global sales. “With intuitive navigation, smart search and a streamlined wallet, we’re delivering the tools our partners need to move faster and smarter.”
The streamlined wallet feature will be a new, centralized hub for Loyalty Tokens, Service Points, and Amenity Points that gives companies more control in tracking and using those tools. Smart search is a responsive tool that responds to natural language queries, while the more intuitive navigation will offer a more streamlined experience that’s built around real-world workflows.
The new experience will begin rolling out to the airline’s corporate accounts later this year. Travel agents will see the new platform in 2026, with additional features in 2026 that are “tailored to their workflows.”
The carrier previewed the new site at its Showcase product reveal event on August 20.
