Travel Weekly announced that registration for its annual CruiseWorld show is now open.
The show, scheduled for November 6-8 at the Broward County
Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, will offer travel advisors of all levels
supplier training, networking, ship inspections, informative general sessions,
and an Exhibitor Showcase.
Agents are advised to register early not only to take
advantage of the event¡¯s lowest rates, but also to earn a chance to win one of
ten balcony cabins on the inaugural sailing of the Sun Princess.
For those who register by May 1, the cost will be $275, and
they will be entered into the sweepstakes.
Scheduled events for the 2024 event include ship inspections
on November 7 and 8, the crowd-favorite Pitch Perfect segments, and the popular
STAR (Select Travel Advisor Recognition) Program for an elite group of
CruiseWorld attendees.
The show will also boast peer-to-peer training sessions that
enable developing and established advisors to learn from one another in the
areas of marketing, sales, social media, product development, professional
development, supplier relationship building and more.
Advisor attendees will also have a chance to brainstorm
together in an interactive Think Tank.?
The 2024 supplier roster for the Exhibitor Showcase is
growing, as more airlines, cruise lines, destinations, hotels and resorts,
professional services, tour operators, host agency and consortia, travel
insurance and more.
