Enterprise Holdings, which manages popular car rental brands Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo and National Car Brand, has focused its attention this year on global expansion, backed by a strong commitment to customer service.?
The corporation has a global network of subsidiaries and franchisees, with almost 9,500 locations over 90 different countries and territories worldwide.?
This year, it¡¯s been focusing on expanding its offerings and reach across the world, from car rentals to carsharing, truck rentals, vanpooling and more, generating a record $35 billion in revenue for the fiscal year 2023.?
International performance, especially in the U.K., France, Germany, Ireland and Spain have been some of the best seen in years. Enterprise¡¯s European fleet has grown 21 percent compared to the fiscal year 2022.?
The corporation also recently expanded into Morocco, South Africa and South Korea this year, with new franchisee partnership agreements to expand into Chile. Its global workforce expanded over 10,000, employing over 90,000 people. Enterprise Holdings was one of 57 organizations to earn this year¡¯s Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award.?
"We are seeing more and more customers using multiple business lines to support a wide range of mobility needs across the globe," said Enterprise Holdings President & CEO Chrissy Taylor. "As the mobility sector evolves, we will continue to invest significantly in our diverse lines of business, continue to enhance the customer experience and explore new markets to meet the growing needs of our customers."
Customer service grew to offer several new benefits, such as SmartAssist, which is used following an accident. ?
The organization has also partnered to enhance and expand its electric vehicle offerings, which is rolling out as electric charging capabilities are enhanced.?
This year, Enterprise Holdings and its foundation, Enterprise Holdings Foundation and its operating groups have donated over $84 million to charitable organizations worldwide. It¡¯s also awarded over $7 million in grants to over 600 local nonprofits as part of its 5-year, $55 million ROAD Forward initiative focusing on social and racial equity.?
