United Airlines announced the largest-ever summer flight schedule
for 2024, including new service to Brussels, Malaga, Reykjavik, Rome and more.
In addition, the carrier also revealed it would bring back
nine of its most popular seasonal routes to Portugal, Italy, France and Spain
up to two months early to give customers more time to explore Europe.

Beginning on May 24, the airline will be the first and only
carrier to directly connect the United States and Faro, Portugal, with its new
Newark Liberty International Airport service. The flight will operate on a
Boeing 757-200 four times a week.
United will resume seasonal flights on May 23 between
Reykjavik and New York/Newark for the first time since summer 2022. The service
will operate daily on a Boeing 757-200.?
In addition, the carrier will add flights to some of the
most popular destinations in Europe, including a second daily frequency between
New York/Newark and Brussels, starting on March 30, and a second daily
frequency between Washington/Dulles and Rome, beginning May 23.
United will also increase New York/Newark and Malaga to
daily service on a Boeing 757-200 on May 2. Next summer, United's network
across the Pacific will grow more than 30 percent with non-stop service to 15
destinations, including the airline's newest routes between San
Francisco-Manila and San Francisco-Beijing.?
The carrier will also grow its Latin American schedule by 10
percent. To give travelers more options to visit Europe, the airline is
resuming several of its most popular routes early, including:
- Washington Dulles 每 Lisbon, Portugal 每 starting February 15
- Washington Dulles 每 Barcelona, Spain 每 starting February 15
- Washington Dulles 每 Rome, Italy 每 starting February 15
- New York/Newark 每 Nice, France 每 starting March 30
- Chicago/O'Hare 每 Rome, Italy 每 starting March 30
- Chicago O'Hare 每 Milan, Italy 每 starting March 30
- New York/Newark 每 Naples, Italy 每 starting April 5
- New York/Newark 每 Malaga 每 starting May 2
- San Francisco 每 Rome, Italy 每 starting May 2
