      Croatia Travel Guide

Croatia features an impressive coastline nestled between the walls of ancient ruins and towns. It also boasts thousands of smaller islands.?

No wonder this gem of a country is known as Central Europe¡¯s Riviera. But when visiting this country, you might need a few tips to make the best of the pebbled beaches and ancient history.?

Check out this Croatia travel guide for all the information you need and more.?

If you¡¯re not visiting Croatia's coastal regions, it¡¯s easy to travel by train or bus.?

There are two types of trains, a slower one that stops at every station and a faster intercity train. The intercity train is slightly more expensive, though.?

Buses are also a great way to get around unless you¡¯re visiting rural areas where bus travel is rare, and they often don¡¯t run over the weekends.?

Remember to plan ahead as you¡¯ll need a ticket before boarding the bus, and buses frequently run during the peak hours of early morning and early afternoon to serve the locals¡¯ needs.?

If you want to do island hopping, you must use a ferry. Luckily, there are many ferries to serve this exact need. We also enjoyed that most ferries provide a kiosk with snacks and drinks on board.?
